This site is operated by Robert Tibbs. The site collects the minimum information needed to run a newsletter and respond to contact messages. Nothing on this site is sold or shared for advertising.
Newsletter subscriptions. When you subscribe, your email address and any name you provide are sent to Beehiiv, the email service that operates the newsletter. Beehiiv stores subscriber data on its own servers and is bound by its own privacy policy at beehiiv.com/privacy. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of that email.
Contact form submissions. When you send a note through the contact page, your name, email, message, and selected category are emailed to the site owner. They are not stored anywhere else and are not used for marketing.
Server logs. The web host may keep standard access logs (IP address, user agent, time of request) for security and traffic measurement. These logs are not joined to any of the above.
This site does not run third-party advertising trackers or social pixels. It does not set marketing cookies. It does not sell or share your data.
You can unsubscribe from either newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can request removal of any contact-form correspondence by emailing bob.tibbs@gmail.com.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be noted in the newsletter.
